"I want to write this review and a share what Linda and team has done for me. I will start with most recently. Someone hit us in a car accident, and the claim analyst was denying the replacement of our car sits for our children. (The claim analyst was rude) I contacted my insurance agent (Lisa) with frustration. Lisa intervene she talked to the rude claim specialist and raised the concern to upper management. The matter was resolved, upper management called and told me that they addressed the issue with the claim specialist. Since day 1 (12 years ago) Linda and her team have help me navigate insurance needs (with detail explanations and answering questions about claims and other matters.) I think very highly about them because they have proven to be there when I need them. I would definitely recommend them. Amazing team, Lisa and Linda truly know insurance. 🎉"
